My small little retro puzzle "Loonies 8192" is available on itch.io. In the last few years (and especially in the last few weeks) it has been ported to quite a few platforms, the current list is: DOS, 3DS, PSP, GBA, PSX, Android, NDS, Win32, N800, N900, N9, PocketCHIP, iOS, macOS, Vita and WebGL (the console ports are "homebrew", Android and iOS versions are available in the respective online app stores for free).

There are online leaderboards, which you can submit scores to (the game displays a QR code that you can scan on a smartphone to submit the scores). On devices that do have Internet access and a web browser, the game gives a choice of submitting the scores via the browser directly.
